Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your skin, but if you are not completely satisfied with your SBC Skincare purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure products are returned in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition to qualify.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated customer care team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leakage during transit, and include your completed returns form inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided return label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping your proof of postage receipt.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
